This was not part of the original plan, but ADHD did what it typically does—it completely went off-track in its own unpredictable way. Yet, this unexpected detour is a crucial piece that’s often missing from traditional training programs. Sure, you get structured workouts and clear, step-by-step instructions, but I know from experience that this isn’t the full picture. These lessons fill the gaps. They tackle the essential 'why.'
Why is it so important to start slow and build momentum? Why does nutrition play the most significant role in success? Why do so many of us fail even after starting strong?
On top of that, they address the overwhelming and often conflicting opinions, beliefs, and myths floating around, which only lead to confusion and frustration. This isn’t “motivation” fluff. It’s the reality of how things actually work in real life, especially when mental health is part of the equation.
These short little lessons act as the bridge between simply knowing what to do and having the tools and resilience to actually follow through and make lasting progress.
With that all said, this is my advice for you to carefully consider and follow. Ultimately, the plan is designed specifically for you, and no one understands your unique needs and challenges better than you do yourself. So, if starting slow and small is not a strategy that you truly believe will be effective for you, then we will work closely together to explore and find the best possible way forward for you.
