Real Plans For Real People

These are not generic plans with your name just pasted on. Each is thoughtfully built around you, how you naturally operate, your unique lifestyle, and the specific challenges you face. Taking into account motivation swings, overthinking, burnouts, guilt & restarts that come with real change.

Each plan combines a clear structure, insightful psychology & practical coaching techniques. Workouts are delivered via a top app with a full exercise library of videos & other useful tools. All paired with Nutrition: Clear & Simple & invaluable 2-minute lessons that boost knowledge. They’re optional but included for free, so it’s worth exploring.

The beauty lies in this: the level of detail and tools used are entirely dictated by you, your needs & preferences. There’s no single formula. No universally perfect workout. No specific exercise you must do.

The best and only plan is one crafted specifically for you.

Why do I need a plan? You don’t

Why does it need an app? It doesn’t

Why should I pay loads? You shouldn’t

Why can’t I plan my own? You can

The Plan and Training App

That’s the truth, and here’s the reality—without a clear plan and some basic knowledge, it’s easy to feel lost, confused, and overwhelmed. All these stressors significantly halt progress. Do any of these feelings sound familiar to you?

  • The Aimless Pilot: Wanders around without purpose or destination, drifting until overwhelming boredom grounds them. Eventually, they give up and quit.

  • The Cherry-Picker: Only does exercises they enjoy, ignoring ones they need to address weakness or imbalance.

  • The Overworker: Believes more is better. Unaware that growth occurs during rest, not in the gym.

  • The Wishful Thinker: Has goals & dreams but no structure to achieve them. A goal without a plan is just a wish.

The Bottom Line:

I’m not reinventing the wheel. Just building logical plans based on ability, experience & limitations. Taking the anxiety away. Stopping you from wandering around. And kickstarting intentional progress.

Program Options

There are four main options. Each has its own focus, but all follow the same principle — building progress that fits you & your life.

  1. I’m Losing It – Weight Loss
A realistic approach to weight loss and fitness— without punishment or perfectionism.

  2. Strong(ish) – Strength Training
Structured, sustainable training for those who want to build genuine strength without ego or extremes.

  3. Family Fun – Move Together
Simple, chaotic, and fun. Family sessions are built to get everyone moving and laughing — not just competing.

  4. Stay Strong – Midlife & Beyond
For those who want to stay mobile, capable, and confident — focused on longevity, not limitation.

No matter which plan you choose, you’ll work with your brain, not against — build habits that last, with support, structure, & humour throughout.

The Four Programs

  • A woman and a man sitting on the floor in a gym, sharing a snack and laughing. The woman holds a green gummy bear, and the man has a red gummy bear in his hand. The man is also holding a purple bag of Haribo gummy candies, and they are sitting in front of a weightlifting station with weights in the background.

    LETS BUILD YOUR PLAN

You need structure that naturally fits your brain & thought pattern. Tailoring to how you operate & process is key to success.

  • A cartoon of a shirtless man with a beard, holding an ice cream cone, sticking out his tongue, in a room with dumbbells and kettlebells on the floor, with plain blue walls and a framed picture hanging.

    WEIGHT LOSS

Weight loss works in many ways. Find yours. Flexible for your lifestyle. Realistic to maintain. Attainable goals. All at your pace.

  • A group of five children and two adults playing tug-of-war with a dog across a muddy patch in a park.

    FAMILY FITNESS

Fitness is a family affair. Programs are designed to be fun, lively & engaging for all. Strengthen bonds through movement.

  • A woman with long brown hair tied in a ponytail, smiling, lifting dumbbells in a gym with a metal rack and green punching bag in the background.

    STRENGTH

Strength is the foundation of everything & we need it. Building & maintaining supports overall well-being & longevity.

  • A cartoon-style illustration of an elderly man with gray hair, sitting on a workout bench, lifting dumbbells in a gym. The background features gym equipment and green tiled walls.

    STAY STRONG

Muscle strength & bone density decline with age. Causing increased fragilty & reduce physicality. Regular training counteracts it.
